These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products through the Damian Official Store website ("the Store"). By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these terms.

1. Products The products available in the Store are physical music CDs. Product images are purely illustrative. We reserve the right to modify the products available at any time.

2. Prices and Payment All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Payment is made at the time of ordering via the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Orders An order is considered confirmed only after receiving email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, product unavailability or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us at: damianofficialsonora@gmail.com. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise indicated.

6. Refunds Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Legal Guarantee All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Italian and European regulations (Legislative Decree 206/2005). In the event of a defective product, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement or refund.
