Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Italy Orders are shipped via express courier. Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

International Shipping We ship throughout Europe and to many countries worldwide. International delivery times vary from 5 to 15 business days depending on the destination. Any customs duties, taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
